Adatvédelmi tájékoztató
1. Helyi adatok
A profilok, piszkozatok és beállítások a készüléken, titkosított adatbázisban (SQLCipher, Android Keystore-kulcs) tárolódnak. Fiók nélkül semmi nem hagyja el a készüléket.
2. Opcionális fiók és szinkron
Csak kifejezett hozzájárulás után: bejelentkezés a saját, mildrop.app alatti bejelentkezési szolgáltatáson át (a jelszót az alkalmazás nem látja). A szerveren a szinkronizált profil-/beállítás-adat és egy belső fiókazonosító tárolódik, fiókonként elkülönítve; más felhasználó ezeket nem érheti el.
3. Megőrzés
Visszaállítási pillanatkép: 24 óra. Változási előzmény: 30 nap. Ideiglenes export-fájl a szerveren: 24 óra. Titkosított katasztrófa-mentés: 35 nap; fióktörlés után a mentésből visszaállított adatra a független törlési napló alapján a törlés újra érvényesül. Üzemeltetési napló: 14 nap, tartalom, token és e-mail nélkül.
4. Törlés
Az alkalmazásban: Beállítások → Fiók → Fiók törlése. Alkalmazás nélkül: https://sync.mildrop.app/account/delete (újbóli belépés és megerősítés után). A törlés a szerveren tárolt összes szinkron- és mentésadatot eltávolítja; a készüléken lévő helyi adat megmaradhat, azt a helyi adattörlés kezeli.
5. Export
A fiókadatok exportja ZIP-fájlként kérhető; a mentés helyét a felhasználó választja.
6. Diagnosztika
Nincs automatikus hibajelentés vagy analitika. Támogatási csomag csak a felhasználó kifejezett műveletére készül, előnézettel, profiladat/név/hely/azonosító/token nélkül, és csak a felhasználó által választott címzetthez jut el.
7. Kamera
Csak QR-kód beolvasásához; a kép a készüléken marad. Megtagadható.
8. Jogok
Hozzáférés, helyesbítés, törlés, adathordozhatóság: [email protected]. Panasz: a Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH).
Privacy policy
1. Local data
Profiles, drafts and settings are stored on the device in an encrypted database (SQLCipher, Android Keystore key). Without an account nothing leaves the device.
2. Optional account and sync
Only after explicit consent: sign-in via our own identity provider under mildrop.app (the app never sees your password). The server stores synced profile/settings data and an internal account identifier, isolated per account; other users cannot access them.
3. Retention
Restore snapshot: 24 hours. Change history: 30 days. Temporary server export: 24 hours. Encrypted disaster-recovery backup: 35 days; after account deletion, an independent deletion ledger re-applies the deletion to any restored data. Operational logs: 14 days, without content, tokens or e-mail.
4. Deletion
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Without the app: https://sync.mildrop.app/account/delete (after re-authentication and confirmation). Deletion removes all server-side sync and backup data; local data on your device remains until you reset it.
5. Export
Account data can be exported as a ZIP file; you choose where to save it.
6. Diagnostics
No automatic crash reporting or analytics. A support package is created only on your explicit action, with a preview, without profile data/names/location/identifiers/tokens, and is shared only with the recipient you choose.
7. Camera
Only to scan QR codes; images stay on the device. You can deny it.
8. Rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability: [email protected]. Complaints: your local data protection authority (Hungary: NAIH).
Datenschutzerklärung
1. Lokale Daten
Profile, Entwürfe und Einstellungen werden auf dem Gerät in einer verschlüsselten Datenbank gespeichert (SQLCipher, Android-Keystore-Schlüssel). Ohne Konto verlässt nichts dein Gerät.
2. Optionales Konto und Synchronisation
Nur nach ausdrücklicher Zustimmung: Anmeldung über unseren eigenen Identitätsdienst unter mildrop.app (die App sieht dein Passwort nie). Der Server speichert synchronisierte Profil-/Einstellungsdaten und eine interne Konto-Kennung, getrennt je Konto; andere Nutzer haben darauf keinen Zugriff.
3. Aufbewahrung
Wiederherstellungs-Snapshot: 24 Stunden. Änderungshistorie: 30 Tage. Temporärer Server-Export: 24 Stunden. Verschlüsseltes Notfall-Backup: 35 Tage; nach einer Kontolöschung setzt ein unabhängiges Lösch-Ledger die Löschung für wiederhergestellte Daten erneut durch. Betriebsprotokolle: 14 Tage, ohne Inhalte, Tokens oder E-Mails.
4. Löschung
In der App: Einstellungen → Konto → Konto löschen. Ohne App: https://sync.mildrop.app/account/delete (nach erneuter Anmeldung und Bestätigung). Die Löschung entfernt alle serverseitigen Sync- und Backup-Daten; lokale Daten auf deinem Gerät bleiben bis zum Zurücksetzen erhalten.
5. Export
Kontodaten können als ZIP-Datei exportiert werden; du wählst den Speicherort.
6. Diagnose
Keine automatische Absturzberichterstattung oder Analyse. Ein Support-Paket entsteht nur auf deine ausdrückliche Aktion hin, mit Vorschau, ohne Profildaten/Namen/Standort/Kennungen/Tokens, und erreicht nur den von dir gewählten Empfänger.
7. Kamera
Nur zum Scannen von QR-Codes; Bilder bleiben auf dem Gerät. Du kannst dies ablehnen.
8. Rechte
